TempliPhi™ Amplification and Sequencing
The TempliPhi™ DNA sequencing template amplification system can be used with a number of organisms that contain circular DNAs, including:
• Bacterial or M13 liquid cultures
• Bacterial or M13 colonies or plaques
• Bacterial glycerol stocks
Instead of submitting purified DNA, small samples of your cultures are used to produce template DNA for sequencing. Only 1 to 2 µL is required for amplification.
Picogram quantities of purified bacterial plasmids or M13 DNA can also be amplified and sequenced using this system.
Prior notification is necessary for these samples.
